INSURANCE PLANS
Fountain Medical Associates is no longer accepting new patients with commercial insurance plans or plans through the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare). We are transitioning to a "hybrid DPC" model. In our case, that means we will accept certain Medicare and Medicaid plans. All others must enroll in a Direct Primary Care plan. Read more here.
